Job Overview

Rewards Network has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our team! The Corporate Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruiting across a diverse set of corporate functions, partnering closely with business leaders to identify, attract, and hire top talent.

This position requires the ability to recruit across all corporate departments, including bringing strong experience and credibility in technical recruiting. The Corporate Recruiter will play a key role in building talent pipelines, delivering market insights, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality hiring experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across corporate functions, including Finance, IT, Product, Marketing, Data Science, Customer Success, and Client Relations
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruiting strategies
  • Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies using tools such as LinkedIn and other platforms to attract high-quality, diverse talent
  • Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring timely communication, strong engagement, and a positive brand impression
  • Facilitate interview processes, drive alignment among stakeholders, and guide hiring decisions
  • Leverage data and reporting to monitor pipeline health, improve recruiting effectiveness, and inform business decisions
  • Provide market insights and talent intelligence to influence hiring strategies and workforce planning
  • Represent Rewards Network at recruiting events, networking events, and industry engagements to build brand awareness and talent pipelines
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to strengthen Rewards Network's position as an employer of choice
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR and business leaders on broader talent initiatives

This is a hybrid position that requires in-office presence 3 days a week in Chicago (Tuesday-Thursday).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience
  • 5+ years of corporate, in-house recruiting experience
  • Proven ability to recruit across multiple corporate functions, including demonstrated success hiring for IT/technical and data science roles
  • Strong communication (written and oral) and collaboration skills
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives, to drive hiring outcomes
  • Strong sourcing skills and experience building proactive talent pipelines in competitive markets, including proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse preferred) and related recruiting technologies
  • Strong track record of delivering against goals in fast-paced, high-volume environments with a high bar for execution
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities under pressure
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage metrics to influence outcomes
  • Experience with visas and other employment-related immigration matters preferred
  • Experience managing candidate onboarding process preferred

What you'll love about us:

This is a full-time, exempt position, and the base compensation for this opening in Chicago is expected to be $80,000-90,000 annualized, depending on level, candidate experience, skills, and other factors. This position will be eligible for an annual bonus program with a target of 7.5% base annualized salary, for a total compensation of $86,000-96,750.

Expected Pay Range
$80,000—$90,000 USD
