THE WORK:
  • You'll lead a senior digital solutions delivery organization serving owners and operators across infrastructure and capital projects, with accountability for portfolio performance, client outcomes, delivery excellence, and profitable growth.
  • You'll set the strategic direction for delivery across one or more priority accounts, programs, or industry segments, aligning capabilities, talent, and investment to client needs and market opportunity.
  • You'll serve as a trusted advisor to owner executives, program sponsors, PMO leaders, and technology stakeholders on digital strategy, operating model decisions, and the use of PMIS and adjacent technologies to improve capital delivery and asset outcomes.
  • You'll oversee complex delivery portfolios that span PMIS, project controls, reporting, document management, ERP integration, BIM, GIS, analytics, and related digital capabilities across the capital project lifecycle.
  • You'll own executive delivery governance across major engagements, including scope, commercial performance, financial results, quality, risk, resourcing, issue resolution, and stakeholder alignment.
  • You'll drive scalable delivery models, standards, methods, and quality practices that improve consistency, accelerate execution, and strengthen business value realization across client programs.
  • You'll lead and develop senior delivery talent, including workforce planning, succession, coaching, performance management, and capability building for a high-performing organization.

The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client, or in an Accenture office or center. HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • Experience: 15 years of working within owner and operator priorities across the capital project lifecycle, including capital planning, governance, project controls, cost, schedule, risk, change, reporting, document control, and handover
  • Infrastructure & Capital Projects Knowledge: Deep understanding of owner and operator priorities across the capital project lifecycle, including capital planning, governance, project controls, cost, schedule, risk, change, reporting, document control, and handover
  • Senior Leadership: 5 years of leading large multidisciplinary teams, senior client relationships, and delivery organizations with accountability for business performance, talent, quality, and client satisfaction
  • PMIS and Digital Platforms: Experience leading at least one implementation, transformation, enhancement, or integration of PMIS and related platforms such as Oracle Unifier, Primavera P6, EcoSys, Kahua, InEight, Procore, or similar solutions
  • Enterprise and Adjacent Systems: Has participated at least one with integration across ERP, BIM, GIS, reporting, analytics, and document management platforms to support owner decision-making and program performance
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Technology, Business, or a related field

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
  • Experience leading delivery organizations or major portfolios serving owner or operator clients in transportation, aviation, rail, utilities, energy, real estate, or public infrastructure
  • Experience shaping and scaling digital delivery offerings, methods, or capability development in the I&CP market
  • Experience integrating PMIS with ERP, BIM, GIS, analytics, or digital twin environments
  • Background in project controls transformation, PMO modernization, capital program governance, or executive reporting for large capital programs
  • Experience leading business process alignment, organizational adoption, and operating model change in owner organizations
  • PMP or comparable project/program management certification is preferred
  • Relevant PMIS or platform certifications are a plus

$250,000 - $350,000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
