About the Company



Badia Spices is seeking an experienced Project Management Office (PMO) Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional business initiatives that support the company's strategic objectives. This individual will serve as the central point of coordination for projects spanning Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, R&D, and Manufacturing. The ideal candidate is highly organized, systematic, and thrives in a fast-paced Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) manufacturing environment. They possess exceptional communication skills, are comfortable working with leaders across multiple departments, and have a proven track record of successfully managing projects from planning through execution. This role requires someone who can establish structure, maintain accountability, identify risks early, ensure projects remain on schedule, and foster collaboration across the organization.

Responsibilities



  • Lead multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously from initiation through implementation.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate project activities across departments including Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Food Quality.
  • Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders.
  • Track project performance, budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
  • Identify potential roadblocks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
  • Create and maintain project dashboards, reports, and executive updates.
  • Ensure projects align with company priorities and strategic objectives.
  • Standardize project management methodologies, documentation, and best practices across the organization.
  • Drive accountability among project teams while fostering collaboration and transparency.
  • Assist department leaders with prioritization and resource planning.
  • Support change management initiatives during project implementation.
  • Continuously improve PMO processes and project governance.



Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Project Management, or related field.
  • 5โ€“8 years of project management experience within a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) organization.
  • Proven experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with a highly systematic approach to project execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Project (or similar project management software).
