Capgemini’s Financial Services Global Business Unit is seeking a senior Client Partner to lead strategic growth and delivery for a leading financial services account. This role requires strong leadership, technical credibility, and the ability to operate with high autonomy while engaging at the highest levels with client senior executives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Growth

• Shape and close strategic deals across Cloud, Digital, Data, and AI solutions.

• Develop and execute account strategy aligned with business objectives.

• Drive incremental growth with a focus on expanding client relationships and solution footprint.

Client Engagement

• Serve as a trusted advisor to client senior executives.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships through high-touch engagement, including executive networking and social events.

• Demonstrate strong executive presence and influence.

Delivery Oversight

• Lead governance across multiple programs ensuring delivery excellence.

• Collaborate with internal teams and oversee client partner resources for seamless execution.

Domain & Technical Expertise

• Deep understanding of financial services and capital markets domain.

• Strong technology foundation (preferably Computer Science degree) to engage credibly with client technology leaders.

• Expertise in Cloud, Digital, Data, and AI transformation.

Qualifications:

• 12+ years in senior client-facing roles within IT consulting and financial services.

• Proven success managing large portfolios and delivering complex transformation programs.

• Experience driving significant incremental growth (20M+).

• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

• Must be based in or near NYC with ability to entertain clients and attend in-person meetings regularly.

• This role requires onsite presence of 5 days per week at our client location in NY City with travel to other client locations across the US (around one week out of each month on average).

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $175,000 - $250,000/ yearly.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
