Job Title: Direct Support Professional - $500 Sign-on Bonus
Hourly Rate: $15.00 - 16.00/hr
Shifts Needed: Full -Time or Part time Evenings Thursday - Sunday
Location: Bemidji, MN
Direct Support Professionals help individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health needs, and medical needs live safe, independent, and meaningful lives. In this role, you'll support daily living skills, personal care, hygiene, meals, medication assistance, community access, social skills, housekeeping, safety, and recreation. You'll follow support plans, document daily progress, and use behavioral and crisis-prevention strategies as trained. Success in this position requires dependable communication, teamwork, problem-solving, confidentiality, and the ability to learn required procedures and regulations.
