Now Hiring: CNA and HHA

Weโ€™re looking for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide one-on-one care in homes, hospice settings, and nursing facilities across 15 towns in Cape Cod.

Your Responsibilities:

Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

Help with mobility, walking and physical therapy exercises

Monitor vital signs and nutritional intake

Provide companionship and emotional care

Maintain a clean, safe environment

Accurately document care using EHR systems (Epic, eClinicalWorks preferred)

Report patient needs or changes in condition to nursing staff

Protect patient privacy and comply with HIPAA guidelines

Follow established care plans and safety protocols

Requirements:

Valid CNA or HHA certification (Massachusetts)

CPR and First Aid certified (BLS preferred)

High school diploma or GED

Driverโ€™s license & reliable transportation

Ability to lift and support clients safely

Comfortable using mobile apps or EHR software

Compassionate, dependable, and motivated

Experience in home care, hospice, or facility settings a plus
