Job description


Cape Cod Healthcare is looking to grow our Primary Care Division across Cape Cod. Practice locations in Falmouth and Orleans, are eligible for a hard to fill location stipend. Enjoy a 4-day workweek with dedicated administrative time in your workday. Our innovative care and compensation models allow you to design the practice style that fits your personal growth and work life balance goals.

Position Highlights:

$275,000 + base salary

$75,000 Sign on Bonus

$25,000 Hard to Fill location stipend

$25,000 Site Director Stipend

Housing Stipend of up to $3,000/month for one year

Productivity bonus structure designed by your primary care colleagues

Quality Bonuses averaging 5% of you base

Public Student Loan Forgiveness Program Eligible

Housing Stipend of up to $3,000/month for one year

Relocation Assistance

8 Weeks PTO

CME $5,000 per year and one week of paid time

1:40 ACP Triaged call

2 million/6 million malpractice coverage
