Job description

Are you passionate about fitness, nutrition, and leading high-performing teams? Clean Eatz is looking for an energetic, people-first professional to drive brand awareness and engagement. In this hybrid role, you will be the face and voice of our brand—both online and on the ground. One day you’ll be creating engaging social content, the next you’ll be running a lively tabling event, and during the week you’ll be analyzing sales data and checking in with our top customers. If you love variety, building relationships, and watching your creative efforts move the revenue needle, we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Social Media Management

  • Produce engaging organic content (short-form video, graphics, and copy) for platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

  • Maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with product launches, events, and brand milestones.

  • Engage with our digital community by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions to foster a vibrant online presence.

2. Event Execution & Brand Awareness

  • Own tabling events and pop-ups from end to end, including logistics, setup, and teardown.

  • Act as the primary brand ambassador at local events, proactively engaging attendees, distributing materials, and capturing leads.

  • Brainstorm creative ways to make our physical presence memorable and interactive.

3. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Communicate directly with customers via email, phone, or in-person to build long-term trust and loyalty.

  • Gather qualitative feedback from customers to share with the product/service team for continuous improvement.

  • Identify upselling opportunities or check in on customer satisfaction to improve retention.

4. Sales Data Tracking & Analysis

  • Monitor and log sales performance data stemming from specific events and social media campaigns.

  • Utilize CRM and analytics tools to track lead conversion rates and customer interaction history.

  • Provide weekly/monthly reports on what strategies are driving revenue and where we can optimize.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing, brand ambassadorship, event management, or account management.

  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills; you genuinely enjoy talking to strangers and can build rapport in minutes.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with social media platforms (and editing tools like Canva/CapCut) and basic data tools (Excel, Google Sheets, or CRMs like HubSpot/Salesforce).

  • Grit & Logistics: Ability to lift up to [e.g., 30 lbs] for event setup and a willingness to work occasional weekends or evenings for tabling events.

  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable looking at numbers and understanding how a social post or event translates into sales.
