- Proven track record for creating compelling short-form social content that drives sales.
- Strong understanding of what makes people stop scrolling, pay attention, and take action.
- Ability to combine storytelling, emotion, and persuasion to produce measurable results.
- Fluent in premiere pro, CapCut for TikTok videos and edits for Facebook videos.
- Deep understanding of performance creative: hooks, pacing, CTA placement, attention retention.
- Expert multitasking skills with an ability to work quickly, handle multiple projects, and iterate based on data and feedback.
- Excellent communicator, collaborative, and organized.
- Portfolio or reel showing direct-response ads, product-focused edits, and mobile-first social content required.
- Background in health, wellness, or CPG brands a plus.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Craft Story-Driven Ads: Use raw footage, voiceovers, and product shots to produce high-performing short-form video ads for TikTok and Instagram reels.
- Cut For Performance: Optimize hooks, pacing, captions, motion design, and CTAs to grab attention in the first 3 seconds and hold it through to conversion.
- Test, Analyze, & Optimize: Monitor creative performance, share insights with the team, and make fast adjustments based on data.
- Collaborate With Marketing & Creative Teams: Align creative with campaign strategy and audience insights while maintaining the Truvani voice.
- Produce Platform-Ready Versions: Deliver multiple aspect ratios, file specs, and clear asset/version control on deadline; apply platform best practices and trends while maintaining brand integrity.
