Job description

Pubity Group is the world's largest Gen-Z social publisher. We're a tight-knit, agile team disrupting the next generation of news publishing - working with leading brands on campaigns that drive proven business results and that young people genuinely love.
We're looking for an Activation Executive to join our growing team.
You'll be focused on activating branded campaigns across Pubity Group's portfolio of social-first brands, ensuring we deliver impactful, culturally relevant and authentic content to audiences on behalf of our partners.
You will work closely with Client Services, Editorial, Creative and Strategy in London to translate briefs into high-performing, platform-native social campaigns at pace and at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Activation
  • Partner with Client Services, Editorial and Creative to deliver high-engagement, culturally relevant campaigns that fit the Pubity Group tone of voice.
  • Create highly impactful social content across Pubity Group's channels.
  • Ensure activations are executed in a way that maximises reach, participation and shareability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the London team to maintain alignment from concept through to launch.

Cultural & Trend Impact
  • Act as the central link between Commercial and Content teams, ensuring campaign ideas are rooted in live trends and platform behaviour.
  • Monitor emerging conversations, formats and creators to inform proactive and reactive opportunities.
  • Translate cultural moments into scalable brand opportunities.

Creative Brief Support
  • Support the Creative team in developing strategic responses to client briefs.
  • Contribute insight, platform knowledge and audience understanding to strengthen creative concepts.
  • Help shape storytelling approaches that feel native to each platform.

Required Skills & Experience
  • A genuine passion for social media, advertising and marketing.
  • Hands-on experience creating social content on behalf of brands or publishers.
  • Foundational skills across any of Photoshop, CapCut, Lightroom, InShot, Canva or Phonto.
  • Strong understanding of, and active interest in, the digital and social space - including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Facebook and Gen-Z-focused news platforms.
  • A self-starter mindset, with the appetite to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment - Pubity Group is new to market commercially but already has huge social pages, so the opportunity is brilliant and the competition is stern.

What Good Looks Like
  • Passionate about quality work and delivering strong business outcomes for clients - as well as hitting targets.
  • Brings a professional approach - dependable, going above and beyond for clients, with exemplary behaviour day to day.
  • Quick learner who adapts fast in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Genuinely passionate about Pubity Group and the future we're building.

Working Style
  • Collaborative by instinct - a bright, positive presence who adds value to the wider London team.
  • Calm under pressure with the ability to prioritise clearly when demand is high.
  • Direct and constructive communicator - comfortable giving and receiving feedback at all levels
  • Curious and culturally tuned-in - always close to platform shifts and audience behaviour.
Pubity Group is committed to fostering equal opportunities within our organisation. We are dedicated to building a diverse workforce at every level, and we warmly invite all community members to pursue openings with us.
