Job description

You will be an LTIAMD Transformation / Go Fast Capacity Lead, responsible for collaborating with a team of production professionals and managing a suite of complex production, development, proposal, and capacity planning activities. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality products on schedule, and we're looking for a highly experienced and skilled leader to join our team.

What You Will Be Doing

As an LTIAMD Transformation / Go Fast Capacity Lead, you will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of the PAC-3 Go Fast Production team, clearing production constraints, and ensuring time-phased tech insertion to aid manufacturing site capacity increases. You will also be responsible for supporting the LTIAMD Production Operations team with ongoing strategic efforts to holistically enable product affordability, throughput, and span improvements across the line of business.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • *Collaborating with cross-functional teams to clear tooling production hurdles and enable on-time tooling and test set deliveries to manufacturing sites
  • * Leading, motivating, and supporting cross-functional employees across Program Production teams
  • * Driving strategy and execution on Make/Buy changes and other process improvement projects
  • * Planning production integration and execution activities from capital, tooling, and test equipment requirements for current production rates and future proposal activities
  • * Building effective relationships across multiple production sites to enable development of mutually benefiting strategies, seamless collaboration, and overall strengthening of the LTIAMD Production Operations team
  • * Focusing on creating an environment that accepts risk, pushes the bounds of manufacturing, implements products that are designed for manufacturing, and creates a seamless transition experience for the production teams
  • * Traveling to multiple production sites to support the development of mutually benefiting strategies and seamless collaboration
