Kingdom Culture Church is seeking a Spirit-led Creative Manager to expand the church's impact through design, media, and storytelling. The ideal candidate is a high-capacity adaptable leader who can remain innovative in a fast-paced environment while collaborating closely with pastors, staff, and other ministry teams and leaders. This role ensures all creative design and execution aligns with the church's vision and branding across church-wide communication, social media, Sunday experiences, sermon content, and various ministry related encounters. He/she will also be responsible for leading our Creative Serve Team, providing both spiritual and practical leadership, ensuring that every creative expression strengthens how people experience the presence of God and connect to the vision of the house.
Job Responsibilities
  • Cast and execute creative vision for social media, Sunday service, and various encounters
  • Collaborate with the Pastors & ministry leaders to align messaging and visual direction
  • Lead, train, and spiritually develop the Creative Serve Team
  • Oversee branding and design execution across all platforms and initiatives
  • Create and direct graphics, print materials, and environmental designs
  • Film, produce, and edit videos; manage outsourced editors when needed
  • Oversee social media content and digital storytelling
  • Develop fresh creative concepts for seasonal themes
  • Provide creative direction and feedback to team members and collaborators
  • Prepare and deliver weekly service assets and production materials
  • Capture media coverage for key events and support leadership content needs
  • Anticipate needs and deliver proactive, Spirit-led solutions
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills
  • Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere)
  • Experience in video production, filmmaking, and editing
