Role Overview

  • Lead complex, cross-functional projects focused on strategic access, capacity planning, capital initiatives, and operational transformation across the health system.

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource requirements.

  • Partner with clinical, operational, administrative, and executive stakeholders to define projectobjectivesand achieve organizational goals.

  • Support strategic planning efforts related to patient access, facilityutilization, care delivery expansion, and capacity optimization.

  • Analyze operational, financial, and capacity-related data toidentifyopportunities for improved performance and informed decision-making.

  • Facilitate project governance meetings, provide status updates, and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.

  • Coordinate implementation activities,monitorprogress, and drive accountability for project deliverables and outcomes.

  • Identifyand mitigate project risks, barriers, and change management challenges whilemaintainingstakeholder engagement.

  • Develop presentations, reports, and recommendations for senior leadership to support business planning and capital investment decisions.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive project management experience within healthcare, hospital operations, strategic planning, consulting, or related environments.

  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

  • Strong analytical experienceutilizingoperational, financial, and performance data to support strategic decision-making.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma, or other project management/process improvement certification preferred.
