Job description

What You'll Do:

As a Strategic Capacity Analyst, you will help drive our network strategy through a period of unprecedented growth and digital transformation. By working with a team of reporting analysts, network, and digital strategy professionals you will ensure that as our organization grows, we advance and efficiently scale our technology and analytics capabilities. To ensure we remain on the cutting edge, products leveraging techniques such as advanced data analytics will be among your primary deliverables, existing freight knowledge would be a big plus.  To drive the best results for our customers, you will need to be open, honest, and ready to join and collaborate across the organization.

        Evaluate large operational datasets to identify trends that will be recommended to operations to support growth and process automation.

        Apply that market and operational knowledge to freight acquisition and customer growth objectives

        Develop robust, scalable solutions for collecting & analyzing large data sets. Must be able to show your work and be intentional in its application

        Utilize and interact with multiple systems and  freight procurement platforms (Excel, Power BI, BlueYonder, etc.).

        Assist management team to drive strategic organizational initiatives, implement systems and processes, and inspire adoption of practices and processes to meet objectives.

        Apply strong communication and organizational skills to grow internal and external business relationships.

        Must be comfortable working in a cadenced, results-focused environment.

        Ability to work with multiple data sources and types (structured/semi-structured/unstructured).
