The Global Capability Center (GCC) Commercial Capabilities Manager is an offering-first practitioner responsible for shaping product strategy and analytics capabilities that enable successful GCC design and setup. In this role you will provide product and analytics expertise across client opportunities, responding to market demand while driving innovative, data-driven, and commercially differentiated solutions inclusive of commercial capability enablement and reinvention, in domain areas like Sales/Sales Ops, Marketing Ops/Creative, Innovation/NPD or Commercial Data, Analytics and Insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support client origination, sales, and the delivery of GCC setup engagements at headquarters, bringing deep expertise in commercial product development, data strategy, analytics, and insights-driven decision making.
  • Work closely with solution teams and client stakeholders, define data-driven solutions, develop commercial offerings, and leverage analytics to optimize operating models, enhance business performance, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure product and analytics capabilities are embedded into GCC designs to deliver scalable, measurable, and business-aligned outcomes.
  • Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with impact at HQ, ensuring product and analytics capabilities support broader transformation goals and enterprise priorities.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%

Here's What You Need:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with significant experience dedicated to Global Capability Center (GCC) strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation inclusive of commercial capability enablement and reinvention, in domain areas like Sales/Sales Ops, Marketing Ops/Creative, Innovation/NPD or Commercial Data, Analytics and Insights.
  • Minimum of 2 years of expertise in building and scaling product management, analytics, data, and insights organizations within GCC environments, including establishing product-led operating models and data-driven decision-making frameworks.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience designing and implementing analytics operating models, data governance frameworks, product delivery methodologies, and insights-led transformation programs.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience leveraging AI-enabled platforms, advanced analytics, automation technologies, and data-driven insights to improve business outcomes, productivity, customer experience, and enterprise decision-making.
  • Minimum of 1 year leading digital product development and innovation at scale.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Proven ability to translate business needs into product and analytics strategies, build high-performing global teams, and drive adoption of data and digital capabilities across the organization.
  • Proven experience leading product strategy, portfolio management, customer-centric innovation, analytics transformation, and digital product development to drive business growth and operational excellence.
  • Strong understanding of data, analytics, AI, business intelligence, and digital platforms
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence C-suite and senior business leaders across global organizations.
