Scientel Solutions is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth through strategic solution selling of our advanced technology offerings, including networking, cybersecurity, access control and video security solutions. This role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional with a strong background selling Networking, Low Voltage Security and Solution Based Selling to SLED.
Requirements
• Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, develop, propose, and close deals.
• Strategically align Scientel's smart infrastructure and technology solutions with client's business goals.
• Cultivate relationships with executive decision-makers in both new and existing accounts.
• Lead the creation of tailored proposals in collaboration with technical and operations teams.
• Assist with the quoting and pricing strategy to ensure competitive, accurate, and profitable offers.
• Maintain an active pipeline in Hubspot CRM .
• Leverage channel partnerships and reseller relationships to expand market reach.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align sales with delivery capabilities.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations and negotiate contract terms.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitive positioning to inform strategy.
• Represent Scientel at industry and networking events.
• Contribute to the development of long-term customer relationships and account growth.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven success in IT, networking, security or smart infrastructure sales.
• Demonstrated ability to sell both directly and through/with technology partners.
• Experience in solution selling to executive leadership in enterprise and public sector markets.
• Strong knowledge of Network Infrastructure and Low Voltage Security Surveillance Systems.
• Proven track record managing complex sales cycles and achieving revenue goals.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and confident with a strong hunter mentality.
• Experience developing sales proposals and contributing to quoting processes.
