Job description

(Senior ) Partner Manager
Vertical AI And Data Partners
London, Charlotte, New York or Palo Alto hybrid working

As (Senior )Partner Development Manager, Vertical AI & Data Partners, you'll own and grow a global portfolio of strategically important data and vertical-AI partners. You'll design and execute partnership plans that drive growth through co-innovation, co-marketing, and co-selling - and help shape Intapp's ecosystem positioning. The role spans strategy and execution in equal measure, with near-term accountability for pipeline and revenue alongside longer-term ownership of ecosystem gravity.

Day to day, you'll translate market and client needs into joint value propositions, build executive relationships with partners, and work cross-functionally with Product, R&D, Industries, Sales, Marketing, Services, and Client Success & Support.

A consulting background or mindset is central to how this role operates - you'll bring structured thinking, clear frameworks, and the ability to build compelling cases for senior audiences internally and with partners. Success also requires genuine fluency in professional and financial services markets, applied AI, and enterprise SaaS, along with the ability to influence across a matrixed organisation. You'll report to the Head of Vertical AI & Data Partners and work across time zones, with travel to partner and client sites as the business requires.

We are open to appointing this role at either Partner or Senior Partner level, and will tailor the seniority to reflect the successful candidate's experience.

What you will do

As a Senior Partner Development Manager, Vertical AI & Data Partners, you can expect to:

  • Build and execute partner plans - joint value propositions, multi-year collaboration roadmaps, co-innovation agendas, and joint go-to-market - aligned to Intapp's growth priorities and partner programme.
  • Translate market and client needs into joint solutions, working with Product, R&D, and Industries to develop data integrations and vertical-AI capabilities that make Intapp solutions, including Celeste, measurably smarter.
  • Drive data interoperability - enable third-party data integration with Celeste via MCP and agent-to-agent connectivity, and structure fit-for-purpose commercial mechanics.
  • Own and grow executive relationships with assigned partners, serving as their trusted strategic advisor and primary liaison across Intapp.
  • Report on partner-sourced, -influenced, and -product revenue, integration certifications, and co-innovation outcomes - and keep partner plans embedded in business unit and GTM operating rhythms.
What you will need

Intapp is looking for intellectually curious, self-motivated professionals who like to get hands-on to contribute to the overall success of the business and their team. To apply for this Senior Partner Development Manager role, you will ideally have:

  • 3+ years in strategic advisory, management consulting, partnerships, alliances, or enterprise SaaS - with experience building and executing complex, multi-stakeholder partnership programmes.
  • Consulting-grade structured thinking: the ability to frame market opportunities, build compelling business cases, and communicate clearly to senior executives.
  • Genuine curiosity about applied and agentic AI, and the ability to get up to speed quickly on new markets, technologies, partners, and product capabilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to adapt across audiences - from technical and operational stakeholders to C-suite partners.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams - Product, R&D, Industries, Sales, Marketing, and Services - without direct authority in a matrixed environment.
  • Commercial acuity and sound judgment on value creation, partner economics, and how partnership activity translates into pipeline, revenue, and client outcomes.
What you will gain at Intapp

At Intapp, you'll get the opportunity to bring your talents and intellectual curiosity to create better outcomes for our people and our clients. You'll be part of a growing public company, with a modern work environment that's connected yet flexible and where your professional growth and well-being are top priorities. We'll collaborate and grow together, supporting each other in a positive, open atmosphere that fosters creativity, innovation, and teamwork.

Here, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Expand Your Skills: Unlock your potential with professional development opportunities supported by a community of experienced professionals. We offer reimbursement for training and continuing education to help you stay ahead in your career.
  • Enjoy Where You Work: Thrive in our modern, open offices designed to inspire creativity and collaboration. Our complimentary lunches and fully stocked kitchens ensure you have everything you need to stay energized throughout the day.
