Senior Business Development Manager
Janitorial & Industrial Services
Compensation: Base Salary + performance-based commission
(Commission begins after trial period)
 Location: Monroeville office / Greater Pitt 
Role Summary
We are seeking a senior-level Business Development professional to lead new revenue growth within our janitorial and industrial services portfolio. This role is designed for an experienced B2B sales leader who can independently develop opportunities, close complex contracts, and build long-term client relationships in commercial and industrial markets.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive strategic new business growth across targeted commercial and industrial sectors
  • Identify, pursue, and close high-value janitorial and industrial service contracts
  • Lead client discovery, site evaluations, proposal development, and contract negotiations
  • Maintain full ownership of the sales lifecycle from prospecting through close
  • Partner with operations and leadership to ensure successful execution and retention
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue and growth objectives
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of B2B business development or sales experience
  • Demonstrated success closing recurring-service contracts (janitorial/industrial preferred)
  • Familiarity with property management and sourcing 
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage decision-makers
  • Proven negotiation and contract management capabilities
