We are growing and looking for experienced sales producers to be part of our future. First year producers are expected to earn a minimum of $55,000 with top producers earning over $100,000 per year. There is no cap in earning potential. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced career-minded sales professional who is looking for a position with a proven, well-established agency. We believe in removing the obstacles to success by providing tomorrows million-dollarproducers with the leads, tools, and opportunities to make the most out of their business development skills. As part of the Farmers family of insurance, you will receive training and coaching as well as vetted leads. We focus on small business commercial lines as well as personal lines for home, auto, life, and financial services.

Responsibilities
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and closes sales.
  • Follow our proven sales methodology and lead management processes.
  • Call and meet with prospective customers by operating telephones, automated lead management systems, and other internet technologies.
  • Grow your book of business through avaialble technologies.

Requirements
  • Licened P&C in Oregon
  • Create relationships from a cold start.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
