The Opportunity:
The Logistics Project Manager - Engineering & Sustainment Integration serves as a senior Integrated Product Support (IPS) professional responsible for coordinating engineering, logistics, procurement, depot sustainment, DMSMS/obsolescence management, and government property activities across the CACI Integrated Product Support Contract.
This position functions as the primary logistics interface supporting Engineering, ensuring that material requirements, component sourcing, obsolescence mitigation, configuration changes, repair activities, and sustainment considerations are integrated throughout the system lifecycle. The Logistics Project Manager works closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Depot Operations, Program Management, and Government stakeholders to ensure technical solutions are supportable, affordable, auditable, and executable.
The position operates under the direction of the Product Support Manager (PSM) and serves as a key contributor to lifecycle sustainment planning, depot readiness, supply support, DMSMS mitigation, procurement execution, and Government property accountability.

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering Technology, or related discipline.
  • Minimum twelve (12) years of progressively responsible experience supporting DoD logistics, sustainment, supply chain, depot operations, procurement, government property, or Integrated Product Support programs.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting engineering organizations through procurement, material acquisition, and logistics planning activities.
  • Experience managing Government Furnished Property (GFP) and Contractor Acquired Property (CAP) in accordance with FAR 52.245-1 requirements.
  • Experience with inventory management, supply support, material forecasting, and depot sustainment activities.
  • Experience conducting physical inventories, audit preparation, discrepancy resolution, and property accountability activities.
  • Knowledge of DMSMS and obsolescence management processes and lifecycle sustainment principles.
  • Experience supporting configuration management, BOM control, and engineering change activities.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing executive briefings and customer-facing reports.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Desired:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering Technology, or related field.
  • Experience supporting Army tactical communications, ISR, sensor, or networked systems.
  • Experience serving as a logistics lead supporting engineering development or modernization programs.
  • Experience leading DMSMS/Obsolescence Working Groups.
  • Experience supporting depot maintenance planning and execution.
  • Experience with Deltek Costpoint, AssetSmart, MaintainX, SAP/PRISM, PBUSE, AESIP, or similar ERP/property management systems.
  • Experience supporting EVMS programs.
  • Familiarity with AR 700-127, AR 750-1, FAR Part 45, and Integrated Product Support (IPS) planning.
  • Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance.
