Job description

CAP Government, Inc. is seeking the immediate hire of licensed Mechanical Inspector and/or Plans Examiner needed for plan review services of construction projects in Southeast ( Miami, Broward, and Palm Beach ) Florida. The candidate will work collaboratively with design professionals, contractors, owners, plans examiners, fire marshals, structural engineers, inspectors and others, answering questions, interpreting and explaining complex technical concepts and offering solutions from design concept through construction.

The professional will conduct plan review on residential and commercial buildings, as well as provide daily project management as such relates to these types of code inspections. Some travel may be required for projects in the assigned area. .
