Lead Change in the Nation’s Capital.

As a Canvass Director, you will lead from the front, develop future leaders, and build a high-performing office that drives real change for the nonprofits we represent.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone ready to own results, grow people, and create lasting impact.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead daily operations and drive campaign success
  • Recruit, train, and develop exceptional fundraisers
  • Mentor future leaders and build a strong team culture
  • Coach in the field and lead by example (minimum 4 shifts per week)
  • Manage performance, meet goals, and complete administrative duties
