Description
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Denver, Colorado.
We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy Marketing & Social Media Manager who wants to help build brands, launch new initiatives, & play a meaningful role in the growth of two dynamic businesses.
You will work directly with Michelle Glass and our leadership team to manage marketing initiatives, social media content, video production, database marketing, listing promotions, and website updates for both Glass Properties Group and the Independent Multifamily Owners Collective.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, loves learning new technology, embraces AI tools, and wants the opportunity to help build something from the ground up.
Compensation
  • $55,000 - $70,000 annual base salary
  • Performance bonus opportunities

Schedule
  • Monday through Friday
  • 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • In-office position

Responsibilities
• Create, schedule, and manage social media content across multiple platforms
• Capture, edit, and publish video content, reels, and short-form media
• Build and manage email marketing campaigns, drip campaigns, and lead nurturing sequences
• Maintain and organize CRM databases, contact lists, and marketing systems
• Support listing launches through marketing collateral, brochures, websites, and promotional materials
• Update and manage company websites while assisting with the launch of a new membership-based business
• Research, implement, and leverage AI tools to improve marketing efficiency, content creation, and lead generation
Qualifications
• Experience managing social media platforms and content calendars
• Strong video editing and content creation skills
• Proficiency with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience planning, executing, and optimizing email and SMS marketing campaigns, including working with platforms such as Mailchimp or similar marketing automation tools
• Strong working knowledge of AI tools is required, including platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, and other emerging AI technologies that enhance marketing, content creation, and productivity
• Demonstrated curiosity and commitment to continuously learning and adopting new AI tools, workflows, and best practices as the technology evolves
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and take ownership of results
