Now Hiring: School-Based Behavior Technicians
Start your day in the classroom and make a real difference-support students with autism as they learn, grow, and thrive. No ABA experience needed!
Pay & Schedule
$19.25-$23.00 per hour
Part-time role
School day hours: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM availability required
Basic Requirements
  • High School Diploma + one of the following:
  • At least one completed college course
  • Currently enrolled in college
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license & insurance
  • Passion for working with children (experience a plus!)
  • Bilingual skills are a bonus
  • Physical requirements: Active role including standing, bending, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children.

  • Work 1:1 with students in a school-based setting using ABA (we train you!)
  • Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills
  • Be part of a team that loves the climb-showing up each day to support meaningful progress
