Job description

Leadman – Asphalt & Concrete Restoration Are you a hands-on, safety-oriented leader who takes pride in getting a job site back to better-than-new condition? If you have strong experience in asphalt and concrete restoration and want to take the next step in your career, we want you on our team!

What You'll Do: As a Leadman, you'll support the Foreman in leading restoration crews, ensuring every site is restored safely, cleanly, on time, and to spec. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in leading and supervising field crews performing asphalt paving, patching, and concrete restoration work
  • Help read and interpret project specs, blueprints, and work orders
  • Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower to keep work on schedule
  • Ensure all restoration work meets company safety standards, quality requirements, and municipality/customer specifications
  • Train and mentor crew members on proper techniques and equipment use
  • Communicate daily progress and issues to the Foreman and project managers
  • Maintain accurate reports, material tickets, and timekeeping records
  • Help coordinate with municipalities and stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve field issues quickly while maintaining quality
  • Maintain a clean and professional job site at all times

Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of experience in asphalt and/or concrete restoration (preferably both)
  • Strong knowledge of restoration techniques, materials, and equipment
  • Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a crew
  • Valid driver's license (CDL a plus)
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Reliable transportation
  • OSHA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
