Chilldyne is seeking an experienced, dynamic General Manager to drive strategic growth and scale operational capability in the rapidly growing data center market. Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the company's operations including product development, sales, finance and team leadership
  • Develop and maintain direct relationships with customers with demonstrated respect and responsiveness to the voice of customers
  • Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company goals and market opportunities
  • Develop and execute operational strategies, processes and best practices to support business growth, effectiveness, and competitiveness
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and innovation
  • Own overall P&L accountability for the business, ensuring delivery of monthly and annual financial commitments while also focusing on sustainable growth
  • Drive business development strategies, cultivate strategic partnerships, and expand market presence
  • Leverage parent company and external opportunities to drive sales growth
  • communicate complex challenges, processes and solutions to a broad audience including both technical and non-technical leaders and stakeholders
  • Oversee customer communications, maintaining a relentless focus on delivery, quality and cost
  • Maintain strong professional relationships both within and outside of the organization
  • Build collaborative relationships with leaders to ensure strategic alignment

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business required, Master's degree in business preferred
  • Mission critical building/data center industry experience
  • 7+ years' experience in key leadership role(s) - will manage a min of 20 employees
  • Track record of success impacting strong financial and market share outcomes through effective strategy, coordination and execution
  • Demonstrated success at leading start up business through effective, sustainable rapid growth to deliver superior sales and customer satisfaction results
  • Preferred background in data center infrastructure, HVAC, and/or cooling technologies
  • Ability to maintain strong professional relationships both within and outside of the organization

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $162,500 to $285,800 plus a targeted incentive plan in California. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
