Post Processor
Location: White City, Oregon
Department: Lab
Schedule: Full-Time | Day & Swing Shift
Pay: $21.50/hour
Status: Regular, Non-Exempt

Buddies Brand is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Post Processor to join our Lab team in White City, Oregon. Under the direction of the Lab Manager, this role plays a key part in producing high-quality cannabis products while supporting a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork.

What You'll Do

Operate Distillation Equipment (60%)

  • Operate and maintain vacuum ovens, roto vap, reactor, atomizer, beaker & wrench, heaters and chillers
  • Use hot plates and other lab tools safely and effectively
  • Monitor gas levels in the C1D1 room and maintain strict safety awareness
  • Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure product quality

Cleaning & Organization (10%)

  • Maintain a clean and organized lab environment at all times
  • Ensure all equipment is properly staged and stored

Data Collection (30%)

  • Accurately record data in the Buddies Dashboard and run sheets
  • Assist with removal of waste biomass
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation

  • Strong work ethic and team-player mindset
  • OLCC Permit required
  • METRC experience preferred
  • Microsoft Excel experience preferred
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and handle sensitive equipment

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Frequent use of hands for tools, equipment, and data entry
  • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach as needed
  • Close and color vision required for quality control
