We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to assist in our laboratory with day-to-day operations. The Lab Technician will perform functions of a Rosin Prep Technician, Rosin Technician, and Water Hash Technician depending on production needs.
Responsibilities include:
  • Accurately and effectively execute extraction methods according to SOPs without deviation
  • Ensure that both pre-production and post-production tasks are accomplished
  • Record accurate and detailed production records
  • Assist the Rosin Team with prep work
  • Organization of Water Hash amp; Rosin
  • Operate ice water extraction equipment
  • Prepare biomass for processing
  • Organization of bulk Water Hash amp; 2nd press
  • Separate and filter Rosin for biomass
  • Assist in other tasks as assigned by the Lab Manager, Supervisors, or Leads
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Sanitize and maintain work station, tools, and equipment
  • Work in a walk in freezer for long periods of time
  • Identify and report any issues to Lab Manager, Supervisors, and Leads
Qualifications:
  • 1+ year experience working in a production or manufacturing environment is highly desired.
  • Experience packaging cannabis or gramming/handling of concentrates is highly desired
  • Ability to work in a walk-in fridge for an 8 hour shift. Must be able to spend a prolonged period of time in cold temperatures (around 40 degrees).
  • Maintain an up tempo physical workload
  • Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and squat for extended periods
  • Must be able to Lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage high-stress situations, and be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Be able to reach set goals within a given time frame
  • Efficient at repetitive tasks
  • Work well as part of a team
  • Must be able to work weekly schedule Monday-Friday 6AM-2:30PM
Compensation + Benefits:
  • Pay Range: $21.00/hour
  • Benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, Life/AD amp;D, 401K with company match, paid time off, and holidays.
