DESSERT CART:
The Dessert Cart Attendant provides exceptional guest service while working collectively and cooperatively within the Premium Service Department, specifically in the Suites environment. This position is responsible for creating a memorable and engaging dessert experience for suite guests by operating a mobile dessert cart and providing personalized service throughout the event.
Dessert Cart Attendants work in teams of two and travel suite to suite offering guests a variety of dessert options, including premium ice cream, toppings, sauces, and specialty dessert items. Guests may choose to enjoy a simple scoop of ice cream, purchase a featured dessert item, or create a customized sundae made to their preference. The Dessert Cart Attendant should be able to assist guests with recommendations, build visually appealing desserts, and provide warm, professional, and efficient service.
This role requires strong guest interaction, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to maintain cart presentation, product quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards throughout the event. Dessert Cart Attendants are expected to ensure all necessary items, ingredients, supplies, and equipment are properly stocked before service and maintained during the event to support a smooth and elevated guest experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide outstanding guest service in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner.
  • Prepare customized dessert creations based on guest preferences while maintaining presentation standards.
  • Assist guests with dessert selections, recommendations, and purchase options.
  • Ensure the dessert cart is fully stocked with all necessary ingredients, toppings, utensils, napkins, serving supplies, and equipment before and during events.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation of the dessert cart at all times.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and allergen awareness procedures.
  • Monitor product levels and communicate replenishment needs in a timely manner.
  • Handle guest requests, questions, and concerns with professionalism and urgency.
  • Support overall Premium Service Department standards and contribute to a positive team environment
  • Adhere to all Legends Uniform and Grooming guidelines
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong guest service, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well with a partner and as part of a larger Premium Service team.
  • Positive attitude, professional appearance, and guest-first mindset.
  • Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, lift 30 lbs., occasionally 50 lbs., and move throughout the event as needed.
  • Comfortable interacting directly with guests in a premium hospitality environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced event environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Previous food service, hospitality, or premium service experience preferred but not required.
  • Must be able to obtain food safety and responsible service certifications
  • Ability to work all Stadium events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
