We are looking for energetic folks that want to help us build something great at Calyan. The ideal candidate is self-motived, focused, an optimist, has a sense of urgency in their work, enjoys executing processes and checklists consistently, and is hungry to learn new things and contribute to the team's success.


Duties:


  • Under guidance of Senior Machine Operator.
  • Prepping candle vessels, labeling, & packaging candles.
  • Calibrating candle pouring equipment on a weekly basis to ensure accurate formulas.
  • Pouring candles according to planned production jobs.
  • Maintaining candle pouring equipment - cleaning equipment on a weekly basis.
  • Following production SOP and Quality Standards.
  • Maintaining a clean production room and warehouse.
  • Duties of production assistant.
  • Movement to Senior Machine Operator upon completion of exam.


Hours:

  • 40 hours/week
  • 7:00am - 3:30pm

  • Monday-Friday


Starting Pay:


  • $16 - 18/hr. (dependent upon experience)
