Responsibilities:

Recruiting Coordinators at Blue Origin play a key role in each candidate's journey. We strive to deliver a stellar candidate experience in partnership with Recruiters and Hiring Managers for all operational steps of the recruiting process including:

  • Coordinate interviewlogisticsforvarious typesof roles within Blue (high-volume, executive, technical, non-technical). Coordination includes assisting with travel coordination asrequired.

  • Drive adherence to Blue standard interviewing practices, such as monitoring feedback submission and coordinating post-interview debrief meetings.

  • Cultivate excellent candidate experiences by expertly navigating through the coordination process, resolving scheduling issues, and advising on interviewer best practices.

  • Adhere to internal service-level-agreements (SLAs) and goals that promotetimelycommunication to candidates and efficient hiring practices.

  • Partner with recruiters, hiring teams, and other internal stakeholders to unblock scheduling challenges.

  • Engage in project work that increases scheduling efficiency and overall operational effectiveness of the talent acquisition team.

  • Maintainaccuratedocumentation and reporting in Blue's ATS and CRM tools.

  • Uphold scheduling compliance and service as subject-matter-expert on interview scheduling andlogisticsat Blue.

Basic qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience

  • 3+ years of recruiting, scheduling, or project coordination, including calendar management and high touch clients.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to build cross-organization partnerships.

  • Superb customer service focus, attention to detail, and organization skills in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to handle high volume environments, withdemonstratedability to prioritization competing deliverables.

  • Strong communicationskills, inclusive of written and verbal communication.

  • Proficiencywith Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook,Powerpoint).

  • Proficiencywith Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools.

  • Data-drivenmindset:sets benchmarks, tracks metrics, forecasts, and drivesaccuratereporting.

  • Proventrack recordof leading and executing effective process improvement initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 4+ months of internal Recruiting Coordinator experience

  • Prior experience as a Recruiting Coordinator with knowledge of talent acquisition organizations.

  • Proficiencywith Workday.

  • Demonstration of high judgment andproblem-solvingabilities.

  • Ability to influence stakeholders, using data to supportrecommendations.

  • Experience supporting leadership or executive hiring.

  • Experience training, onboarding, and mentoring new team members.


Base Pay Range for:

WA applicants is $36.60 - $51.23

  • Required for certain Job Profiles: Ability to obtain and maintain Merchant Mariner Credential, which includes pre-employment and random drug testing as well as DOT physical
