Job description

Job Description:
Covenant Ability Network of Minnesota (CAN of MN) is currently hiring for 2 full-time Direct Support Professionals in the Hugo/White Bear Lakes, MN area!
Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist individuals with daily living skills, household tasks, personal hygiene, budgeting, and medication administration.
  • Transport and accompany residents in community activities, recreation, and leisure activities. Company vehicles provided.
  • Provide and maintain a safe environment while implementing behavior management skills.
  • Assisting individuals periodically throughout the overnight shift.
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for individuals.

Job Qualifications and Skills:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must pass DHS background study
  • Required: experience working with individuals with high behaviors and behavior intervention techniques
  • Passionate about serving others!

Full-Time Hours (40 hours):
  • Weekdays: Monday-Friday 2pm - 10pm
  • Weekends: Friday, Saturday, and Sundays

Benefits:

Level II DSP: $20.00 hourly on Weekdays / $21.00 hourly on Weekends
