About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you are the face of Midas. You'll guide customers through the service process, ensuring each visit is smooth, professional, and positive. Working closely with technicians, you'll coordinate repairs and communicate clearly to deliver top-quality automotive care.
Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and professionally
  • Needs Assessment: Listen to concerns, inspect vehicles, and recommend services
  • Service Estimates: Prepare detailed, easy-to-understand repair estimates
  • Collaboration: Communicate effectively with technicians for accurate, timely repairs
  • Customer Updates: Provide clear updates on vehicle status and timelines
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate service and customer records
  • Front Office Management: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure every customer leaves satisfied and confident in our work

What We're Looking For
