This position is designed to be fully remote, offering flexible work hours while ensuring a collaborative team environment. Our organization values work-life balance, and our hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing you with a structured yet adjustable schedule. • Establish strong therapeutic relationships by partnering with clients to collaboratively develop personalized treatment goals tailored to their unique needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapy services that emphasize preventative measures and promote overall wellness, utilizing techniques such as solution-focused therapy.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client progress and interactions, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team that may include psychiatrists, social workers, and community outreach personnel to deliver well-rounded care.
• Manage a full caseload, incorporating regular check-ins, assessments, and follow-up sessions to ensure clients receive consistent support.

Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds seeking mental health support. You will work with clients facing a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. Your role as a counselor will be crucial in guiding them through their journey to recovery, fostering resilience, and helping them achieve their personal wellness goals.

• A Master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona is mandatory.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused therapy techniques and approaches.
• A team-oriented attitude with a commitment to professionalism in all interactions.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience with a focus on mental health counseling.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth services is a plus.
• Experience working within a community health setting or similar environment is preferred.

This role offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 100,000 – 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
