You Can Counseling Solutions is seeking qualified and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our dynamic team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a remote-based therapist, you will have the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from your home office while being integrated into a vibrant and supportive virtual office environment. Our outpatient office model allows you to maintain a balance between your professional and personal life, serving clients in a manner that is both convenient and effective. Administrative burdens such as billing and marketing are handled by our team, freeing you to focus solely on client care.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions aimed at guiding clients toward their treatment goals and enhancing their overall mental well-being.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that address each client’s unique needs and regularly assess their progress towards these goals.
• Engage in solution-focused therapy techniques to empower clients in overcoming obstacles and navigating life challenges.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation as per licensing regulations, while managing a full caseload in an efficient manner.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance therapeutic skills and clinical knowledge.

Your role will include working with a diverse range of clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Counseling, or a related mental health field.
• Current and active licensure in Arizona as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Strong foundation in therapeutic techniques including solution-focused therapy.
• Possession of excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health counseling or therapy is required.
• Experience working in an outpatient clinic or a similar environment is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure accurate documentation of client progress.

The annual salary for this full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist position ranges from $100,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer an extensive benefits package that includes:
