Weare currently seeking a Staffing Coordinator to provide staffing supportand execution to Simon-Kucher's Americas consulting team. As the StaffingCoordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the strategicdeployment of internal talent to effectively meet the dynamic needs of ourclients within the Americas division. This position can be in Simon-Kucher'sAtlanta, Chicago, Houston, Boston, or San Francisco offices.

How you will create an impact:
  • Core Responsibilities
    • Receive staffing requests from Partners in the Americas Division and collaborate with the
      Staffing Manager to fulfill requests promptly.Adhere to division's staffing principles but
      propose creative solutions as necessary toachieve best and pragmatic staffing solutions.
    • Assists in identifying skills shortages, excess capacity, supply/demand imbalances, and
      forecasting before there is a negative impacton the business.
    • Assists in addressing and resolving staffing challenges, including reallocation and
      redeployment of consultants as needed, with acreative approach.
    • Assists in optimizing resource allocation in cooperation with the Americas staffing team to
      ensure efficient use of talent and meetproject deadlines.
    • Embrace the ebb and flow of talent through our pipeline programs (summer internships,
      Co-ops and PhDs) from a staffing perspectiveand assist with those programs' activities.
    • Assists with HR administrative tasks supporting the Americas practice within the areas of
      career and performance management, coachingand skills development, competency
      development, workforce planning/budgeting,employee engagement, employee relations,
      and DE&I.
    • Supports day-to-day staffing and HR-related matters for the Americas Division, effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
    • Assists with reporting on key metrics related to people productivity and utilization,
      including current and forecasted chargeability(supply/demand).
    • Assists in maintaining updated skills profiles on all consultants in the pool.
    • Support tracking skill development requests from staff and monitor training needs across
      the division.
    • Assists with key people change initiatives that drive the advancement of Simon-Kucher's HR
      strategy aimed at driving a high-performingand highly engaged culture.
    • Assists with reporting for learning and development programs and performance
      management and to help make insightfulrecommendations on areas for improvement.
    • Uses data to provide insights, advice, and to support informed decision making. Can analyze
      historical staffing data and projectperformance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and
      opportunities for optimization.
    • Shows strong social skills and can build strongstakeholder relationships and partnerships.
About You:
  • Experience
    • Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
    • 0-3 years of experience in work staffing, scheduling, resource planning and/or
      project management.
    • Demonstrates strong technical skills with the ability to quickly adapt to new platforms.
      Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and
      PowerPoint.
    • Possess a strong client service and problem-solving orientation.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Possesses strong accuracy and organizational skills.
    • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
    • Ability to multi-task.

The pay rangefor this position is 70,000 - 80,000/year. Compensation may vary depending onrelevant experience, skills, geographic location, and business needs.
