Summary

Manages and executes the preparation food and beverage products to maintain customer satisfaction in a counter service environment


Essential Job Functions

  • Supervises counter operations and cash handling procedures
  • Monitors inventory and recommends the need to purchase products to management
  • Maintains sanitation and safety standards established by the university
  • Supervises and manages student employees, as necessary, to enhance their academic and professional development
  • Performs other duties as assigned

 

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Experience working in foodservice, retail or other related experience
  • Ability to work days, evenings and weekends
