A groundbreaking leader in consumer privacy, data ethics, and foundational identity, LiveRamp is setting the new standard for building a connected customer view with unmatched clarity and context while protecting precious brand and consumer trust. LiveRamp offers complete flexibility to collaborate wherever data lives to support the widest range of data collaboration use casesβ€”within organizations, between brands, and across its premier global network of top‑quality partners.

You will:
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross‑functional stakeholders to understand requirements, explore constraints, rapidly ideate, and deliver thoughtful user‑centered solutions.
  • Distill insights from customer conversations, metrics, and research, synthesizing them into actionable improvements that balance user needs and business goals.
  • Lead the end‑to‑end design process for product features: from user research and concept exploration to wireframes, high‑fidelity prototypes, and final UI.
  • Leverage generative AI tools (e.g., Figma AI, Midjourney, Galileo AI, Claude, GPT) to rapidly ideate, generate design variations, and create high‑fidelity mockups.
  • Create and test effective prompts and prompt‑chaining strategies to achieve desired design and functional outcomes.
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure the on‑time delivery of high‑quality releases.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our design system by designing scalable components and advancing shared guidelines, frameworks, and reusable patterns.
  • Communicate user‑centered solutions to leadership through clear storytelling that aligns stakeholders and informs decisions.
About you:
  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience or master’s degree with 3+ years in Human‑Computer Interaction, Product Design, Web Design, Graphic Design, Architecture, Cognitive Psychology, or a related field.
  • An online portfolio showcasing design artifacts, processes, strong design acumen, and clear storytelling; candidates without a portfolio will not be considered.
  • Experience owning design work for complex B2B, advertising technology, data‑intensive, or workflow‑based products.
  • Proficiency in UX design and user research with tools such as Figma, Fullstory, Pendo, or Miro.
  • Experience with AI tools (Figma Make, NotebookLM, Cursor, Claude Tools) is a plus.
  • Strong technical fluency, including understanding how data is ingested, structured, filtered, queried, and processed, and the ability to design for products involving APIs, SQL, segmentation logic, and AI‑assisted workflows.
  • Ability to clearly communicate design rationale and consistently deliver work of high craft and quality, maintaining consistency even with limited guidance.
Benefits
  • People: Work with talented, collaborative, and friendly people.
  • Fun: In‑person and virtual events such as game nights, happy hours, camping trips, and sports leagues.
  • Work/Life Harmony: Flexible paid time off, paid holidays, options for working from home, and paid parental leave.
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package: Medical, dental, vision, life and disability, employee assistance program, voluntary benefits, and perks programs.
  • 401(k) matching planβ€”1:1 match up to 6% of salary.
  • Employee Stock Purchase Planβ€”15% discount on LiveRamp stock.
  • RampRemote comprehensive office equipment and ergonomics program.
  • Approximate annual base compensation range: $177,000 to $208,000.
