Tutor Doctor of SWNGS PartTime • Flexible Schedule • Local Travel

Position Overview

Tutor Doctor of SWNGS (Shrewsbury, Westborough, Northborough, Grafton, Southborough) is seeking a Community Marketing Ambassador (CMA) to help build brand visibility, connect with local families, and support our grassroots marketing efforts. This is an active, communityfocused role perfect for someone who enjoys being outdoors, meeting people, and representing a mission driven education brand.

CMAs are the eyes and ears in the community, ensuring our essential marketing activities happen every day—rain, shine, or snow.

Reports directly to Business Owner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Community Sign Placement — Place Tutor Doctor branded signage on private property with homeowner permission, by executing a door-to-door community marketing plan.
  • Network Outreach: Contact existing tutors and past/current clients via phone, text, or email to coordinate additional sign placements.
  • Maintenance & Professionalism — Monitor sign conditions, replace damaged or missing signs, and identify new placement opportunities. Respond promptly to property owners’ requests to remove signs.
  • Reporting & Communication — Track all field activity, permissions, and sign photos (for both placement and removal) using our specialized mobile application, CMA Tracker.
  • Brand Stewardship — Represent Tutor Doctor professionally, respectfully, and consistently in all community interactions. Act as a professional first point of contact, answering basic questions about our personalized tutoring services.

Schedule

  • Flexible Schedule: 10–20 hours per week during active campaign periods, easily scheduled around classes.
  • Optimal Timing: 3–4 hour shifts typically between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
  • Environment: We operate in rain, shine, or snow to maintain a consistent brand presence.
