At Raymond James Investment Management, marketing plays a critical role in driving growth across our U.S. Wealth and Institutional businesses. We are seeking a highly motivated Campaign Manager to lead the strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns that support distribution priorities and business growth. This individual will serve as the central orchestrator of multi-channel marketing initiatives, from campaign ideology and planning through in-market execution, performance measurement, and optimization. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who excels at managing complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and leveraging data, technology, and AI-enabled tools to deliver measurable business outcomes.
The Campaign Manager will translate business objectives into audience-centric marketing programs across digital, content, email, social media, webinars, events, and sales enablement channels. This role will partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, Compliance, Data, and external vendors to deliver campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, pipeline growth, and business impact across financial advisors, intermediary platforms, and institutional investors.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end project management and execution of integrated marketing campaigns aligned to intermediary and institutional business priorities.
• Develop comprehensive campaign plans including objectives, audience segmentation, messaging, channel strategy, timelines, dependencies, resource requirements, and success metrics.
• Serve as the primary coordinator across marketing, sales, product, compliance, data, and operations teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
• Manage multiple concurrent campaigns and strategic initiatives while maintaining project plans, marketing calendars, stakeholder communications, and workflow processes.
• Translate business strategies into actionable campaign briefs and integrated marketing plans that drive engagement, lead generation, and sales enablement.
• Partner with Digital Marketing, Creative, and Marketing Operations teams to execute cohesive campaigns across email, web, social media, webinars, thought leadership content, paid media, and events.
• Leverage Salesforce Financial Services & Sales Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Agentforce AI, LinkedIn, Seismic, ON24, and other marketing technologies to deploy, monitor, and optimize campaign performance.
• Utilize AI-enabled marketing capabilities and emerging technologies to improve campaign planning, audience segmentation, personalization, content recommendations, workflow automation, testing, and performance analysis.
• Establish campaign measurement frameworks and KPI reporting to assess engagement, marketing contribution, lead generation, pipeline impact, and return on investment.
• Analyze campaign performance and audience behavior to identify trends, optimize future campaigns, and present actionable insights to marketing and business leadership.
• Partner with distribution teams to ensure campaign insights, leads, and engagement intelligence are effectively leveraged within the sales process.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory and corporate governance requirements by partnering closely with Compliance and Legal.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of campaign management processes, project workflows, reporting frameworks, and marketing best practices.
Knowledge of:
• Integrated marketing campaign planning, execution, and measurements across digital, email, social, webinar, event, and content marketing channels.
• U.S. intermediary and institutional distribution channels, including RIAs, broker-dealers, wirehouses, consultants, retirement platforms, and institutional investors.
• Marketing automation, lead generation, lead nurturing, customer journey development, and campaign performance optimization.
• Salesforce technologies and AI capabilities, LinkedIn, Seismic, ON24, and related sales and marketing technologies.
• Data-driven marketing, audience segmentation, campaign attribution, marketing analytics, and performance reporting.
• AI applications within marketing, including audience targeting, content development, personalization, predictive insights, workflow automation, and campaign optimization.
• Financial services marketing compliance and regulatory considerations.
Skills in:
• Project management skills with the ability to organize, prioritize, and execute multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
• Stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, demand generation, or channel marketing within asset management, wealth management, financial services, or a similarly regulated industry.
