Job description


The Marketing Campaign Supervisor manages and monitors all activities related to daily execution of marketing campaign assignments within their designated team. In addition, this role is directly responsible for training and mentoring team members under the guidance of the Marketing Campaign Manager.
Responsibilities
  • Creates, administers and monitors monthly production schedules, including assigning workloads for each associate, establishment of due dates for key processes within each job, and monitoring progress to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Supervises execution of direct marketing operations, including offer generation, list compilation, proofing and coordinating with various stakeholders. Provides leader approvals, as defined by established Direct Marketing processes.
  • Tracks progress of team members assigned work, notifies manager of plans for resolution when expected pace falls behind.
  • Monitors results through inspection, evaluation and analysis. Makes changes if necessary to achieve end-results. Responsible for coordinating workflow during shifts to meet business demands and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for the overall integrity of daily operations ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal controls, policies and procedures.
  • Develops team, ensuring completion of all required training and knowledge of all policies and procedures relating to their positions.
  • Trains and mentors Marketing Campaign Associate I/II, teaching best practices and supporting the strengthening of their knowledge base.
  • Creates development plans for each team member, incorporating department expectations and personal achievement goals with a system for measuring and recording progress.
  • Focuses on established methods, procedures and guidelines to maintain and exceed quality, accuracy and financial standards.
  • Leads department through active participation.
  • Builds guest relations through visibility to internal customers, soliciting/requesting feedback, and responding to guest concerns appropriately and professionally to resolve any issues.
  • Coordinates with other departments to provide relevant information as it relates to offer setup, execution, and guest inquiries.
  • Leads with methods and actions that are ethical and in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies.
  • Identifies compliance risks and takes actions necessary to eliminate or minimize risks.
  • Champions our Mission, Vision and Values standards; and responsible corporate behavior.
  • Creates a compliance culture within the organization and fosters an environment where employees feel comfortable reporting potential violations or misconduct.
  • Presents oneself as a credit to the Company and encourages others to do the same.
  • Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising or related field or 5 years of Direct Marketing experience
  • Meets all qualifications for Marketing Campaign Associate I & II positions.
  • Two years of Direct Marketing experience in a casino environment preferred.

  • Demonstrate the ability to work as a team, collaboratively with other departments and leaders to complete property/corporate initiatives and effective day-to-day operations.

  • Demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities in a demanding work environment.

  • Ability to be proactive with quick (and sometimes out of the box) solutions for a constantly evolving environment.
