·         Lead regular check-ins, Quarterly Business Reviews, and status updates to ensure client satisfaction and alignment.
·         Proactively resolve client concerns and align solutions with evolving client needs.
·         Identify opportunities to expand services through upselling and cross-selling.
·         Collaborate with internal teams to design, present, and renew solutions tailored to client goals.
·         Track retention metrics and develop strategies that exceed client satisfaction benchmarks.
·         Present performance reports and business insights to maintain trust and client confidence.What You Bring to the Table·         2+ years of experience in client account management, ideally in IT or MSP environments.
·         Good grasp of IT solutions — from cybersecurity and infrastructure to cloud and support services.
·         Confidence presenting to C-level stakeholders and managing complex, multi-account portfolios.
·         Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
·         Experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, ConnectWise, or Autotask.
·         Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, risks, and growth opportunities.
·         Adaptability and calm under pressure in a dynamic, high-volume setting.
