Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Campaign Manager to join our lively and vibrant team, utilizing their expertise to develop, implement and manage sales and marketing campaigns for Brokers International. The right candidate will be a subject matter expert for sales/marketing campaigns, be excellent in promotional strategies and have a firm grasp of Digital Marketing. This position will collaborate with internal and external partners to help deliver exceptional creative communications to ensure brand continuity.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for development, coordination, and execution of Brokers International sales & marketing, and training promotional campaigns, including serving as SME for digital marketing campaigns, and overseeing consistency of messaging.
  • Develop and manage the campaign calendar, planning topics and content, writing, and submitting project briefs, and determining cadence and execution of timelines.
  • Monitor and evaluate company communication effectiveness, success, and ROI, including reporting of communication matrix and analytics to management. Leverage tracking capabilities and customer feedback to ensure these programs are providing customers with valued services for them and their downline.
  • Collaborate with Manager of Agency Activation, sales, and training teams to align and support them on the promotion and support of the programs.
  • Maintain a keen understanding of communication trends, including digital marketing developments, and marketing communication best practices.
  • Manage a wide variety of communication methods, including digital marketing efforts, to provide effective communications to company's agent/advisors/agencies.es enablement and agency business development strategy.

Primary Skills & Requirements:
  • 6+ years' experience leading development of creative strategy and building campaigns.
  • Proven ability to create visual concepts and brand visual language from clear marketing objectives.
  • Experience in digital marketing and branding is a must.
  • Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year College or University and/or equivalent experience.
  • Prior management experience preferred but not required.
  • Travel <10%
