WHAT TEAM YOU'LL BE PART OF
You would join the Campaign Management team, one of the most central teams at Adikteev, sitting right at the intersection of technology, data, and client impact. Led by Marianne, Director of Campaign Management, the team is distributed across Paris, Barcelona, San Francisco, and Seoul, and works hand-in-hand with Account Management, Sales and Product every day.
In short, the Campaign Management team is responsible for launching, monitoring, and optimizing the retargeting and user acquisition campaigns of Adikteev's top clients. This means daily performance monitoring to make sure every campaign scales efficiently and hits its KPIs.
It's a team that moves fast and has a direct, measurable impact on client results.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Campaign performance / analysis:
  • Ensure optimal performance for our customers' retargeting campaign by performing pre-launch / post-launch analysis.
  • Conduct regular audits of accounts and continuous optimization of campaign performance and scale.
  • Ensure best-in-class strategies are applied across our customer accounts, relying on custom analysis and historical best practices.
  • Address requests submitted by the Account management team in a timely and high-quality manner.
  • Support Account management team in building and presenting QBR decks to customers.

Campaign management:
  • Manage, review and perform daily account responsibilities (budget and performance monitoring).
  • Launch of new campaigns.
  • Work closely with Technical Solutions engineers and Product to resolve issues.

WHO YOU ARE
You could be a fantastic fit for our Campaign Management team if you:
  • Bring 2+ years of experience in AdTech, Gaming, or related industries;
  • Have a strong command of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and Google Workspace; knowledge of SQL is a plus;
  • Have a native-level proficiency in English;
  • Possess sharp analytical skills, with keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving;
  • Excel in process optimization, organization, and time management;
  • Operate with a strong customer-first mindset and collaborative spirit.

COMPENSATION
  • Competitive Salary between $90,000 and $115,000 USD OTE

We are committed to transparent compensation practices. The salary range shown reflects total On-Target Earnings (OTE), including base salary and a performance-based Quarterly bonus with transparent KPIs. Final compensation will be tailored to each candidate's background, experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
