Job description

Job Overview:
Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking an Associate Manager, Integrated Media to join the company's Connections & Creativity team. The Associate Manager, Media is responsible for orchestrating end-to-end development of integrated media plans across paid, earned, shared, and owned channels. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and activation, ensuring that every media investment from National media through to retail is purposefully connected and working towards brand and business objectives. The Associate Manager will serve as the connective tissue across internal teams, agency partners, and channel stakeholders, translating strategic intent into tightly coordinated, full-funnel media programs.
This role is aligned to the Coffee Operating Unit.
In this role, the Associate Manager will oversee Keurig Dr Pepper's Coffee portfolio of campaign investments, ensuring seamless continuity from national media through to retail-level activations. By maintaining a holistic view of the media ecosystem, this individual will identify opportunities to maximize efficiency, eliminate redundancy, and amplify reach and impact across every consumer touchpoint. The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical mindset, deep media fluency, and a collaborative spirit. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and is passionate about building media experiences that are as integrated as they are effective.
What you will do:
  • Build Integrated Media Plans: Support and develop comprehensive, full-funnel media plans across paid, earned, shared, and owned channels, owning the end-to-end planning process from strategic brief through final plan delivery, ensuring every recommendation is grounded in audience insights, brand priorities, and measurable business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams including brand marketing, consumer insights, analytics, and shopper marketing, as well as external agency partners, to align on media strategy, facilitate timely briefings, drive media recommendations , and ensure flawless execution across all channel partners.
  • Manage Campaign Budgets & Investment Stewardship: Serve as the internal steward of Keurig Dr Pepper's campaign media investments, tracking budgets, managing pacing, and overseeing spend allocation across national and retail-level activations to ensure every dollar is working efficiently and performance is continuously optimized.
  • Align Creative Messaging Across Channels & Touchpoints: Partner with internal brand and creative teams to ensure messaging strategy is consistently and accurately translated across all media placements, coordinating channel-specific creative requirements, upholding brand voice integrity from national to digital and retail environments.
  • Monitor Performance & Drive Continuous Optimization: Track and analyze campaign performance against KPIs on an ongoing basis, translating data into actionable insights that inform real-time optimizations, in-flight budget reallocation, and post-campaign learning agendas, building an internal knowledge base that improves the quality and impact of each campaign.

Total Rewards:
  • Salary Range: $76,400 - $100,000
  • Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in integrated media strategy, planning or buying experience agency or client side
  • Strong fluency with all forms of media traditional, digital and emerging
  • Experience managing and leading integrated media campaigns, including presenting and reporting on media plans.
  • Financial Acumen: Ability to analyze media rates (CPM, CPC) and ROAS to identify financial inefficiencies.
  • Agency Management: Proven experience managing agency scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Excel (pivot tables, complex data organization), PowerPoint, and familiarity with media tools (e.g., Prisma, various DSPs).
  • Influence Across Departments: Highly collaborative with the ability to navigate different functional teams and drive decision making
  • Critical Thinking: Ability to look at two separate plans (Brand vs. Shopper) and visualize the conflict or opportunity between them.
  • Ability to travel ~10% of time.
