As a Rental Agent, your role revolves around providing rental

services for motion picture and television equipment to the film

industry. You'll handle a diverse range of tasks, from customer

inquiries and order processing to invoicing, recording equipment

maintenance, and ensuring timely returns. Your attention to

detail and organizational prowess will ensure accurate records

and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence:

? Manage a high volume of customer calls and inquiries

related to equipment rental, pricing, and availability.

? Provide prompt and accurate information to clients,

maintaining top-tier service standards.

Communication:

? Exhibit excellent email communication skills, promptly

responding to customer inquiries and internal

communications.

Ensure effective verbal communication with customers

and team members for seamless interactions.

Order Processing:

? Receive, generate and process rental orders for

motion picture and television equipment, such as

camera dollies, microphone sound booms and their

accessories.

? Maintain meticulous records of orders, ensuring

accuracy in data entry.

Invoicing and Billing:

? Generate invoices, process payment transactions and

accurately manage billing procedures.

? Ensure timely processing of equipment returns and

handle associated billing processes.

Data Entry and Archiving:

? Perform daily data entry tasks, updating rental

records and organizing relevant documentation.

? Maintain an organized archive of equipment rental

records for easy accessibility.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in customer service or a related

industry.

detail.

Familiarity with camera dollies and related film equipment is
