Job Description We are seeking a GEC Apprentice (Customer Experience Professional) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in prepress, digital printing workflows, and equipment readiness and a proven ability to deliver high-quality samples, support customer demos, and sustain reliable production operations. Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and calibrations to ensure equipment readiness for demos and production. Assist during customer demos by operating equipment and applying Operator Basic Skills. Set up media, install inks, and troubleshoot to minimize downtime. Design, print, and finish customer samples and sales or educational kits to defined quality standards. Support prepress tasks including preflighting, imposition, variable data creation, and ripping. Execute workflows using Adobe Suite, HP SmartStream Solutions, and third-party software. Create, print, and finish marketing collateral for GEC and events; support content capture such as video and camera work. Complete structured training, pursue HP certifications, and learn integrated workflows with partner equipment. Required Skills & Qualifications: Recent graduate or early-career professional with interest in printing or graphics. Curious, reliable, and committed with willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinker able to propose ideas for samples, collateral, and process improvements. Ability to work on-site five days per week around production equipment. Preferred Skills: Bachelor's degree or coursework in printing, graphic communications, graphic arts, industrial design, or related field.
