Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Multi-Spindle Machinist – CAM Driven to set up, operate, and troubleshoot complex CAM-driven screw machines producing high-precision components. This role requires deep hands-on experience with multi-spindle equipment, strong blueprint interpretation, and a commitment to producing nothing but quality parts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up, operate, and adjust CAM-driven multi-spindle screw machines (Euroturn and Davenport) to produce precision metal components.
  • Perform complex changeovers, tooling adjustments, and process optimization
  • Monitor machine operation and make necessary adjustments to maintain part quality and production efficiency.
  • Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, setup sheets, and production instructions to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and process issues independently
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Maintain accurate production and inspection records.
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • Demonstrate deliberate attention to quality and strong work ethic in all tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience with multi-spindle CAM Driven screw machines (Euroturn, Davenport, or similar preferred.)
  • Proficient with calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools.
  • Strong blueprint reading and GD&T comprehension
  • High attention to detail and quality standards
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
  • Manual dexterity and visual acuity for precise measurement and inspection.
