Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Establishing a positive, trusting rapport with patients to build a therapeutic alliance.
• Diagnosing mental health disorders through comprehensive assessments and formulating individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique circumstances.
• Conducting both individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities and techniques.
• Regularly meeting with clients to provide ongoing counseling and adjust treatment plans based on their progress and feedback.
• Conducting ongoing assessments of patient progress, ensuring accountability and effective monitoring of treatment goals.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to facilitate holistic care and make referrals to specialists when necessary.

Our clients often seek therapy for issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and emotional disturbances. Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

• An active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Proven experience in providing individual and group therapy, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic techniques.
• Robust organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a diverse caseload while fulfilling administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following experiences are highly advantageous:

• Prior experience in a community health clinic or inpatient/outpatient mental health setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.
• Additional certifications in specialty areas such as trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), or family systems therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
