Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong therapeutic relationships by establishing rapport and trust with clients to facilitate open communication.
  • Diagnose and assess a range of mental health disorders, creating individualized treatment plans that align with each clientโ€™s unique situation and needs.
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities and techniques to promote healing and personal growth.
  • Regularly meet with clients to provide ongoing counseling and adjust treatment plans based on continuous assessment of progress.
  • Refer clients to additional mental health specialists or community resources when their needs extend beyond the scope of therapy.
  • Documentation of all sessions and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards to maintain patient confidentiality.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family-related challenges. Qualifications
  • An active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

  • Demonstrated ability to connect with clients and cultivate therapeutic relationships.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience providing individual and/or group therapy in a clinical setting is highly desired.
  • Familiarity with teletherapy practices and remote counseling technology.

Compensation and Benefits
